How to Request a Video For loan or broadcast video requests, send an email to request@ctnba.org. or call 650-326-7850m ext 12. You can search our video library by subject, series, key word or grade level. After the list of videos appear, click on the video you are interested in and additional information will appear such as the library number, description and format. When requesting a video, please be sure to include the title, library number, the date and time, and your contact information. Once you have requested a video, we will send you a confirmation.
