About Online Surveys

The purpose of online surveys is to save school staff time and money by creating and analyzing surveys online. It is also an easy way to get feedback from teachers, parents and students. Pre-designed survey templates for WCEA/WASC, Parent Feedback, Bullying Issues, Teacher Evaluations and Catholic Identity are readily available.

Web-based survey templates are sent either via email to the recipients or placed by the school on their web site. Results are automatically tabulated and presented in easy to read graphs. The result link is private and can be viewed by designated staff. Online surveys typically yield a 25% higher response rate than traditional mailed surveys.

Surveys are jointly created by a CTN staff member and a designated member of your school staff. Once the survey is designed and approved, a link containing the survey is forwarded to you so that you can e-mail the link to the participants taking the survey or place it on your school web site.
